When you submit our bulk quote enquiry form, we collect the details you type into it:

• Your name
• Your company / organisation name
• Your mobile / WhatsApp number
• Your email address (optional)
• The product and approximate quantity you are interested in
• The file name of an artwork / logo file, if you choose one

Please note: the actual artwork / logo file is currently not uploaded to or stored by this website — the form only records the file name with your enquiry. You can share the file itself with us later on WhatsApp or by email.

We also receive the details you choose to send us directly on WhatsApp, phone, email or social media.

We use the details you share only to:

• Respond to your quote enquiry and prepare pricing for you
• Contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email
• Send you a one-time acknowledgement email when you have provided an email address
• Manage our internal enquiry / lead records and follow up on orders

Enquiries are stored in our website hosting provider's secure form storage (Netlify Forms), which is accessible only to the Customprintz team. When you submit the form, our system also sends transactional emails — an enquiry notification to our team, and an acknowledgement to you if you provided an email address — purely to process your enquiry.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We use a small number of service providers to operate this website — website hosting and form storage (Netlify) and transactional email delivery (Resend) — which process enquiry data on our behalf only to provide those services to us.

If you choose to continue a conversation on WhatsApp or another third-party platform, that conversation is governed by the privacy policy of that platform.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, complete any resulting order, and meet legitimate business or legal record-keeping needs. After that, information is deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — such as access controls and restricted access to stored enquiries — to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
